Official Rules – Legion Security Blackhat 2025 Raffle

(the “Raffle”)
  1. Introduction
    The Raffle is conducted by Legion Security Inc. (the “Company”). By participating in the Raffle, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
  2. Eligibility
    Participation is open to individuals who are (i) attendees of the Blackhat 2025 conference, and (ii) at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (each, a “Participant”). Employees, officers, and directors of the Company, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

By entering the Raffle, each Participant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and are able to lawfully receive the Prize.
Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter.
To enter, Participants must, between August 6, 2025 and August 7, 2025, publish a post on LinkedIn that includes:

  • A mention of Legion Security
  • Together with a photo from the event

All entries must be publicly visible and comply with LinkedIn’s terms of use. Any entries deemed inappropriate or infringing will be disqualified at the Company’s sole discretion.

  1. Winner Selection.
    One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about August 11, 2025]. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
  2. Prize.
    The winner will receive a VIP trip for two (2) to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida (the “Prize”), with an approximate retail value of $15,000 USD. In order to receive the prize the winner must book the trip with the appointed travel agent by Legion Security. There is a general travel black out between December 18, 2025 and January 3, 2026. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash. The Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the Prize becomes unavailable. Use of any third-party trademarks does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
  3. Winner Notification.
    The winner will be notified via LinkedIn direct message or email within five (5) business days of selection and must respond within seven (7) calendar days to confirm acceptance and provide required travel information. If the winner fails to respond or is found ineligible, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  4. General Terms.
    No purchase necessary. By entering, Participants release and hold harmless Legion Security Inc., its affiliates, and its and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance or use of any Prize.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Disney, or any third party.All decisions by the Company relating to the Raffle are final. The Raffle and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
